Exceeds expectations!
Bought it mainly for real estate walkthrough videos. Very smooth panning and ease of use with the Hero 6 Black. Motor noise isn't an issue for me, since I set my real estate vids to music, but I did experiment...in a COMPLETELY quiet room and the vid played back on VLC at 120% volume, yes, you can faintly hear the motors on the Hero 6 Black. Excellent gimbal for the price! Solid construction and very easy operation. Used on my vacation trip to Scotland and performed flawlessly. Highly recommended.
