I am using a Sony a5100 with E PZ 16–50 mm F3.5–5.6 OSS lens. The cci cable makes all the difference because unlike the Feiyu g6+, there is no lag and zooming is smooth. The double-touch on the Rage is for shutter release and also has no lag. Be sure to set the USB port on camera to "PC". Also, look up the Rage cci tutorials to save a few headaches in setup. This is the only gimbal I've ever owned, but in my experience trying others it's my favorite so far. Very easy to set up and balance. I use it with my GH5 (have to take the cage off and use a light lens, but no big deal). It's smooth and easy to control. The learning curve was pretty quick and painless to achieve smooth floating video. Obviously it's not as perfect as a steadicam or a dolly track shot, but if you operate it reasonably well and throw on a stabilizer in post you'll get the desired effect for a low cost and faster/easier production time.
