Ewa-Marine VFS7 Underwater Housing with CA-67 Adapter for Sony NEX FS700 Camcorders

The VFS7 is the 10 meter (30 ft) depth housing for the SONY NEX-FS700 digital camcorders. This housing that was used in many professional and indie film productions over the years with the very popular Sony NEX-FS700 high speed cameras. Many scenes and shot were only made possible by the VFS7. It was also used in conjunction with action cams on documentary productions. After all, there is only so much that you can do with an action cam.

Designed specifically for these camcorders the VFS7 housing is manufactured from a special laminated PVC and has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass port. Perfect for snorkeling or shallow diving, sandy, dusty, humid or foul weather conditions this housing will give your camera the best possible protection whilst being fully operable. It has a pair of non-corrosive and seawater resistant clamping rails which fit together for perfect sealing. They tighten by means of knurled thumb screw knobs. The straps at the bottom allow weights to be attached for perfect buoyancy under water. Either chose normal dive weights or the weights we offer as accessories.

Designed specifically for "prosumer" style digital camcorders, the ewa-marine VFS7 underwater housing is manufactured from our special, double laminated PVC and has an integrated, optically neutral flat glass as a front port. With this housing you will receive a set of adapters that fit the filter threads of the most popular lenses on the market today. By means of this adapter the camera is then docked into the housings front port, ensuring that the lens remains parallel and centered behind the front of the lens. Just as if it were a clear, neutral optical filter.

To fixate the right hand near the power button and zoom switch, the housing has an adjustable wrist strap and an ergonomically positioned "Finger" to position the index finger near the power switch. It has a pair of non-corrosive and seawater resistant clamping rails which fit together for perfect sealing. They tighten by means of three screw knobs. There is also the practical, adjustable carry strap on the clamping rail.
