Works great!

By far the best car mount I have ever used for a GPS. I live in the high desert of NM and often drive on dirt roads or trails. The usual windshield, gooseneck or bean bag mount works very poorly in this situation. With the bright NM sun it is difficult or impossible to see the screen in a windshield mount. In addition, windshield mounts vibrate badly and bean bag mounts slide in rough roads. The CD slot mount puts the unit below window level and makes it much easier to see the screen. The slot is also a much more stable location which means far less vibration. At least for me, it has been a perfect solution.
