It's a great product. I am a real estate photographer so it definitely helps direct the light so it won't have hotspots such as on furniture or on the walls I'm next to it. it's also very good to tilt the top down a little bit so you won't have again hot spots on the ceiling. This is my third one. what happens to the first two is that they get a little bit dirty I tried cleaning with fantastic but still has a little bit of a yellow tinge. But that's after about a year or so of use.
