This flash bracket may work for smaller camera's such as mirrorless cameras but I tried it on canon 5d mark 4 with grip and it was a little too close to the camera for me. un-fortunately I returned it. I got cheaper that feels better.

Not for me.

While the shorter version of the bracket might be just fine for light use, this bracket doesn't play very well with a battery grip, it makes it immpossible to use the buttons on the battery grip, defeating the purpose of having a bracket in the first place.  I returned the bracket because it was clusmy and it's functionality was not worth the inconvinience it cause.
