John B : With this light, what ISO will I need for video interviews (i.e. 5- 12ft)?RUBEN M : I'm using this light on my Canon Power Shot and it's mounted with besides my camera and no internal connections with it..The light is good for around 5-10ft.William T : This flash is quite bright, which is good for some applications, but might be a bit annoying for interviewing people or would scare wildlife. I would have preferred one with a brightness control but these weren't as inexpensive when I made this purchase as they are now. The variable control versions available now are a little more expensive but I think they would be much more valuable for your intended use.JAMES N : I am really impressed with the light, it serves my purpose well, as a home and building inspector. I use it with my video camera and my digital camera. My only regret is that i did not get the light that is dimmable. That will be my next purchase. For what i use it for, it is just perfect, and get an extra battery. Good luck

The light works fantastic, but I wish you could dim it down as it is way too bright for people to look at while being taped.

Great value

I use this light in the field for Weddings and speacial events, it is light and easy to use and I find it gives enough light for my use and the results are pretty good.

Best Buy I;ve made this year

A great price, lightweight and enough light to improve any "Available Light" photograph. It may not be as bulletproof as some of the others but the price makes up for that.

Nearly Perfect Light!!

this light is great! I walked into a dark room and I was able to record very well with it. Also good to combat backlighting. Only wish it could be dimmed. It is a little strong for close work. Also wish it had a higher mount. On my Canon HV20, the mount blocks my zoom and photo buttons. If I mount it on the bracket, it block the LCD closed. I now mount it vertical using the supplied bracket and place it directly in front of the LCD, next to the lens. this way, I cans till use the LCD (opena nd close it) and get plenty of light. No abberations appear on the recordings from this position. If I could have inserted a mount to raise it up, I would have given it 5 stars. Perfect color, very bright and fills nicely. Only close up do you see a brightspot otherwise it fills a wide area nicely. Thanks Adorama!

Very Good light!

This is one of the best led lights under 100 and maybe better than those over 300.00. It's bright and have a great wide coverage and last long depending on the battery.I bought 2 of these and I'm very happy with the results.

A great price, lightweight and enough light to improve any "Available Light" photograph. It may not be as bulletproof as some of the others but the price makes up for that.

The DV60 LED can be mounted on most DSLRs and camcorders using the built-in accessory shoe. Or, you can use the included adapter for added height. In some applications you may find it necessary or desirable to use the included side adapter bracket. This bracket fits into the tripod socket of your camera. Also included is an adapter to fit the unit on Sony® Handycam Camcorders. The included Li-Ion battery simply snaps into place on the back of the unit and will provide about 1-1/2 hours of running time. The battery is a 7.4V 2300 mah (NP-F550) battery, which is commonly used on Sony® Cameras. The included charger has a flip-out plug for US 110 v AC. It is compatible with 220-240v with the use of optional plug adapters (not included).
