the 8 screws that secure it are to short an will fall apart get some longer one befor you use this or your flash will fall off

I bought this to throw my flash up on a bracket with an on-camera softbox for my Panasonic G1. Everything seems to work very well, but the width of the foot seems thicker than the other flash feet I've used with the camera... it's a bit of a fight to get it set, but once it's in it works perfectly.

It fires off my flash just as it's supposed to. It also has a decent locking mechanism. On the camera end, the cord points toward the lens when attached, which can get in the way of the lens if you're not careful. There may be 3' of cord present, but the stiff coil stretches to a little over 2 feet.

I was undecided between the Adorama version or the OEM. The OEM had some quality concerns according to the reviews so I chose this one. Cheaper and is holding up well. I did not find the cord to be too stiff - it's perfect for me. Used with an Oly E-volt 300

Cord is stiff and doen't expand and retract easily. Connection to hot shoe could be more robust. Functions perfectly. Cheaper than Oly version.

It's a flash cord. It's [$]less than Olympus cord. It has reasonable build quality.
