Farpoint 1.25" T-Ring Prime Focus Adapter with Filter Threads

Farpoint 1.25" T-Ring Prime Focus Adapter standard 1.25" t-adapter fits on any telescope that uses a 1.25" eyepiece focuser for prime focus photography. Simply drops into 1.25" eyepiece holders and presents male T-threads (42mm x 0.75mm) for T-ring attachment. The end that fits into the eyepiece holder is threaded for 1.25 filters.

To use, insert the 1.25" barrel into a diagonal or telescope, attach a DSLR camera to the male T-thread (via a T-ring that is specific to the camera; not included), this enables photography as prime focus with a telescope or spotting scope. In this set-up, the optical chain will be: Telescope/Diagonal > Prime Focus T-adapter (this item) > T-ring > DSLR camera.

Precision machined from aluminum and black anodized. The adapter weighs 0.9oz and its total length is 1.34" (34.1mm).

This adapter can also be used to image with webcams and video cameras. Simply attach a webcam to the male T-thread on the adapter via a webcam-to-T thread adapter. Or connect a video camera via a C mount-to-T thread adapter. This adapter cannot be used with point-and-shoot cameras.
