cool

my first shoe mount, good price i hear, but slower than i expected. eats batteries or i use it a lot? lol very bright though, but adjustable fits perfectly with my nikon 3100, should work on canon, thus versatile for that matter easy to use, change, and the top is movable for different lighting

Great flash for the money

I requested this flash as a gift and got it. It does what I expected for a manual flash. If the batteries are fully charged, the recycling time is fast but slows as the batteries drain.

Read this first

I have a Nikon D3000 and wanted a not very expensive flash. This strobe filled the bill. Downside is recycle time is advertised at 2.5 seconds. More like 8 to 10 seconds. Good enough for casual photos but not for more rapid fire. If you can afford to wait on recycle time, and can live with a quirky product.
