BOWER FLASH, "Big Bang" reality!

In my humble opinion, This flash unit can perform with the best of them. I've never owned a hot shoe flash that is as capable as this one. I'm thoroughly impressed! The only improvment I can think of would be an increase in the structural strength in the area of the 'hot shoe' mounting. My first one broke in this area, partly due to my negligence, I'm sure. Adorama provided a replacement immediately, so I can't complain at all. I love mine, and I'm seriously contemplating the purchase of another one.

PRETTY DARN GOOD

I PHOTOGRAPH DOGS AND THIS IS VERY HELPFUL CAPTURING THE DETAILS OF THEIR FUR AND FACES. LOVE THE SWIVEL AND BOUNCE THIS FLASH HAS. GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE.

The Bower SFD680N Digital Shoe Mount Flash is an economical flash, with complete TTL flash support for digital SLR cameras. This version is dedicated to the Nikon digital SLR camera line and fully supports Nikon's i-TTL flash operating system.

The flash features an auto-zoom flash head, which auto-senses the focal length of the camera's lens and adjusts itself accordingly, within the range of 28mm to 85mm. It can also tilt and swivel for complete creative control. Its light output can be adjusted with a range of +/-1 EV in 0.5 increments (5 settings). It is an ideal economical all-around flash for any digital or 35mm autofocus SLR shooter.
