Very solid. Best for price.

Great build quality and allows me to mount two or more pieces of equipment on my camera. I only wish it were slightly wider so I didn't have to grind the insert on my Rode VideoMic Pro down 1/16 in.

It works when you know the keyfacts

Material is solid and ok. I was not aware thst most hot shoes have a longer and a shorter edge. Lights and mics can only be used with an adapter or being able to turn for 90 degrees. Or you use the Extension itselfe at 90 degrees. That means parallel to the lense. If you be aware of this fact it ia a nice and usefull device.
