Offered my wife an Apple-watch or similar. She decided this was more practical and it had everything she wanted so I saved a bundle and she is very happy.

It's excellent! This activity tracker does everything, for a reasonable price, (heart rate, stairs, calories burned, steps, and distance). The Fitbit app is awesome too. Great way to track goals and accomplishments. You get caught up a bit trying to mark things off on your dashboard and attaining badges. All in all, the Fitbit Charge HR and app are a great way to start getting yourself motivated to exercise.

Who knew? The Fitbit is very simple to setup. The app finds the device and syncs quickly and with no problems. However, the key to its success is the psychology inherent in the Fitbit and the behavior modification in the feedback from the devise itself as well as the app and the company (in the form of email telling you of your success at various levels). Great Product!

I am only getting about 1.5 to 2 days battery life out of this brand new watch. This is not good.

Easy to setup and use...only one complaint is it loses it charge quicker than advertised (2days), but still isn't bad. I'm happy with the product.

First to properly size your wrist, measure your wrist about two fingers above wrist bone. Features work well but you have to create an account at Fitbit.com to view your results. You can export some of your results to an excel file accept for the heart rate info which is why I gave it a lower rating.

Had the first fit bit and liked it and thought the heart rate monitor would be nice and I like it but not sure how accurate it is though. Wish the band was slimmer but with the extras on it it's bound to be bigger! Overall I like it!

This is my 4th fitbit, my last being a One that sadly went AWOL. The Charge HR is a nice unit with a couple of shortcomings. With all features enabled you'll get 4+ days between recharges, and if you wear it at night to record sleep activity that leaves the issue of when to recharge. The screen itself is plastic and hence will be susceptible to scratching. I had an issue with a scratch or crack in the screen, and contacted Fitbit directly, their customer service was excellent in helping resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

This is a really good bit of encouragement. i still have to look into how to set it up so that it knows i am running in the forest and not climbing stairs. Heart rate is pretty good even though i have a hard time checking it with gloves during run in the cold.

After getting one for my son and wife for Christmas, they were having so much fun the first few days challenging each other, and making bets on who was walking more, that they strongly persuaded me to get one. So I did. Darn thing is ..well, it grows (interest level) on you in terms of how you are doing. Even if you don't get into a challenge with someone else who has it...things like the sleep monitor are interesting to see how restless you have been. My only regret is that you have to take it off before getting in the shower! Don't forget!

I had no interest in owning a Fitbit until a friend received one for Christmas. I became interested, read about it on the internet, and then purchased one. I've enjoyed it very much. I play a lot of basketball, and I wear it under a wrist sweat band when I play. It has motivated me to also exercise on days when I don't play basketball. I had some problems figuring out my way through the setup instructions, but I eventually completed it. No problems since... Would highly recommend it to those who are interested in tracking their exercise in terms of steps, distance, heart rate, and calories burned. The sleep tracking is interesting too. I set a goal of 10,000 steps each day and have met it 10 days in a row. I feel good about that.

I ordered this for my daughter and she is delighted with it. She loves to be able to see where she is with her steps and also able to see when she is working out enough to get her heart rate up to where she wants it. It's a great product and I was very happy with the quick service of this company.

Everything is cool about it, except the fact they don't send any instructions with it. Of course, you can get those on-line so only a little detail.

Did not realize I was not sleeping well until I purchased the Fitbit Charge HR.
It's never been simpler to monitor heart rate, track fitness trends and get the rest you need than with Fitbit Charge HR. The heart-rate monitor and activity/sleep wristband keeps your motivation to stay active running high by recording the amount of activity in your days. PurePulse Heart Rate provides a continuous and automatic measure of your heart rate on your wrist, allowing you to monitor it during exercise and other activities.
Track the intensity of your workouts, maximize your results and the amount of calories burned without the need for a chest strap. The Fitbit Charge HR lets you track the number of steps you take plus the additional calories you burn by choosing to take the stairs or the long way back to the office. To help keep your body charged and ready to go, the Fitbit Charge HR also allows you to automatically monitor your sleep and wakes you with a silent, vibrating alarm.
Syncing Fitbit Charge HR with your computer or smartphone makes it easy to track trends through detailed charts and graphs, helping you to note progress and make more effective goals. In addition to tracking your heart rate as well as fitness and sleep habits, Fitbit Charge HR helps to manage your day, with its OLED display letting you know the time of day and syncing with your mobile devices to display call notifications. Its battery goes strong for up to 5 days without needing to recharge.
