This Fitbit is not tracking my steps correctly. For example, I was combing my hair and it was showing that my steps were increasing and i was standing still while I combed my hair.

The Versa Lite is Fitbit’s newest addition to its smartwatch lineup and is the cheapest and most lightweight among its products. The Versa Lite has a compact, anodized aluminum body and a one-button touchscreen interface with 100 nits of brightness and is made from Corning Gorilla Glass 3 material for added durability. While some features—like Swim Lap Counting, music storage, and streaming capabilities—were removed to keep it affordable, the Versa Lite has maintained most of its core features, such as the optical PurePulse heart rate sensor, sleep tracking, female health tracking, and smartphone notifications. It has also retained other functions from the original Versa, such as GPS capabilities and the ability to download and install third-party apps. The Fitbit Versa Lite is available in white, lilac, marina blue, and mulberry. It’s compatible with the straps of all Versa units for more design options. The new Versa Lite from Fitbit combines reliability with versatility and makes tracking your everyday fitness activity easier.
