This fitness tracker is a good size, and has reasonably good features; though, SPO2 monitoring didn't release until several weeks after purchasing it (even though the specs claimed it had the feature -- and it seems that updates are slow to get pushed out). The tracker and the bands seem reasonably solid. The charger works, but connecting it to the tracker isn't as easy/reliable as I might like (but just watch what you're doing). The battery life is good, the one thing I don't care for is a Spotify premium membership is required (if you want to use it for music -- and no where was it indicated that Spotify free wasn't adequate... so the device doesn't support playing music in it's base configuration -- you have to PAY a third party). There are fitness trackers which cost significantly less, and those might be all you need -- but if this is the type of tracker you want, it is worth the price.

I am a post-Covid long-hauler suffering now from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome along with some serious sleep issues. The sleep and exercise-tracking features of this Fitbit are helping me regain some pre-covid normalcy. This is my second Fitbit after an earlier non-waterproof version was accidentally baptized and died. I am pleased by the Charge 4's design and features, and am glad that it is immersible and yet syncs with my iPhone 6. I was informed by Fitbit techs after my purchase that my MacBook Pro would not connect with this Fitbit. But, this issue has since been resolved. My Charge 4 now communicates seamlessly also with my laptop.

Easy to setup and use, comfortable to wear even to bed to track sleep patterns. App is easy to use and fairly good explanations of the readings. Wish there were more customizations available as far as the graphs are concerned, like the O2 variability overlayed on to the sleep pattern graph. Maybe that is in the premium module but I have not initiated the trial of that yet. I do not like having to pay monthly fees for the premium package to unlock features. You pay enough for the unit as it is compared to comparable products.
