Designed for quick and easy use, the Adapter One provides robust protection for the delicate fiber optic LC connections to the SFP of the Camera Converter. With this adapter, you can confidently use your Camera Converter in any setting without concern for damage. The Adapter One's minimalistic design and all-aluminum construction make it as light as a feather, ensuring it won't weigh down your equipment. The adapter comes equipped with a FieldCast 2Core Chassis Connector, facilitating a swift and straightforward connection to the FieldCast 2Core SM (single mode) Main Cable. Despite its protective features, the adapter's design doesn't compromise the functionality of the Camera Converter. The LC Duplex I/O connection is securely shielded by the milled-out aluminum protection block, yet all other connectors remain easily accessible. Connecting the FieldCast Adapter One to the Camera Converter is a breeze. Simply remove the four screws at the back of the converter, position the Adapter One, and reattach using the included screws. The resulting assembly feels and behaves as a unified unit, with the belt clip and its inserts for connecting to pods, rigs, or arms remaining fully functional. The FieldCast Adapter One enhances the durability of your ATEM Camera Converter with its rugged, milled-out aluminum case, glass-blasted and anodized for added resilience. It features color-coded and FieldCast 2Core SM Chassis Connector with a D-size flange, a custom FieldCast ultra-short bend-insensitive patching cable inside, and single mode 9/125 fiber optic technology. The adapter also includes a spare D-size cutout with a blind plate, allowing for future updates to Adapter One Plus. It comes with countersunk M3 20mm mounting screws for secure attachment to the Camera Converter. Maximize the potential of your Camera Converter with the FieldCast fiber optic system.
