Designed specifically for live events, this converter box boasts a revolutionary heavy-duty aluminum construction. It features a sturdy built-in fiber optic connector, allowing you to connect directly to the main cable and transmit SDI over long distances, up to 2160p60.

Ease of installation is a key feature of this converter box. It includes 1/4" inserts at the top and bottom, enabling easy mounting on a pod or rig, or attachment of a clamp for secure truss mounting. Two additional 8.2mm drillings through the enclosure provide the flexibility to use cord, rope, or tie wrap for quick fixing, or to cascade multiple converters using tubes or nods.

The FieldCast Converter Three 12G offers one channel of 12G SDI to fiber, with loopthrough, and one channel of fiber to 3G SDI, with two SDI outputs. It connects directly to the robust FieldCast 2Core SM Main Cables, making it a versatile and reliable choice for your digital video and cinema needs.
