Nicely finished, functions well.

I bought the 4X5 Fotodiox adapter for my Nikon d800 and mounted it to a Cambo 4X5.  The fit was perfect and locked in solid with no wiggle.  I was also impressed that Fotodiox sent a great heavy duty cloth storage case for those occasions when you need to go into the field and do not want contamination or damage to the adapter.  Very satisfied with this product and recommend it fo all Nikon users.

A Good Fit forNikon

Very cool. I love my 4x5 camera but don't want to buy a digital back. Luckily this adapter let's me utilize my full frame small format camera. I can now correct for convergence.

I've been experimenting with the 4x5 adapter for a couple of days now.  I tired to find a manual online as it does not come with one, but gave up after a few hours.  My 150mm 4x5 lens could not be retracted on my LInhof Technika IV enough to focus on my Nikon D610 image plane.  I then tried my 210mm and it did focus.  I took a few series of shots using the 3 image row by 2 image high.  The colored indicators on the adapter plate did not correspond to linking the images at all.  I'll continue to try, but the images captured by my D610 look very washed out.  I've read that the 4x5 lenses are inferior to the new digital lenses and am now a believer.
