The kit includes a dedicated filter holder and a bracket for attaching 6.6"-wide rectangular filters. This unique feature allows for the attachment of 145mm threaded filters and caps to lenses that lack filter threads. The included bracket can be added for working with 6.6"-wide square and rectangular filters. Once assembled, the entire system rotates a full 360 degrees, providing flexible placement of the filter in use.
The Fotodiox WonderPana 6.6" Holder Bracket is a two-piece assembly designed to be used in combination with a Fotodiox WonderPana FreeArc Core Unit. This allows for the convenient use of two 2.5 to 4.0mm-thick filters measuring 6.6in wide, or one 6.6in wide filter along with one 145mm round filter behind it. The WonderPana 6.6" Holder Bracket features a lightweight, aluminum-alloy construction that has a corrosion-resistant, black anodized finish for durability. A rigid pouch is included for storage and transport.
The kit also includes a 145mm Neutral Density 16 Filter, designed to darken the image by 4 stops. This filter offers a 4-stop EV value, allowing you to slow down the shutter speed or use a larger aperture in bright light conditions. The filter is double threaded and thinner than a standard filter to minimize any possibility of vignetting when used with a WonderPana 145 filter system.
The 6.6x8.5" Graduated Neutral Density 0.6 Soft Edge Filter is the strongest in the industry at 2mm thick. This filter is made by Fotodiox Pro specifically for the WonderPana 66 Systems. It is guaranteed spectrally neutral to within + or - 3 in the a and b channels of the lab color space, and within + or - 2 in regards to total light transmission.
