Check for flaws with a fine tooth comb

Awesome guitar, but there is a rough spot in the neck where the maple is joined to the wood inlay at around the 4th fret. Wish I had noticed it right away, but now I guess I'm stuck with it since I tossed the original box. Frustrating for such an expensive and otherwise amazing guitar. This isn't a knock on Adorama at all; price was very dair and shipping was good. But Fender QC needs an overhaul.

Pictures do not do the dark night finish justice!

The stock photos of these guitars do not do them justice. I couldn't believe how gorgeous the dark night was when I opened it up. Whoever picked the guitar to photo for the stock photo was crazy! Adorama shipped me a brand new unopened guitar at an incredible sale price! The guitar is exceptional. I had an am pro i and the pickups were kinda lifeless to my ears, NOT THE VMOD II'S! These things really sing. The fit and finish on the guitar is killer. This is truly a special instrument. Also I saw the mercury finish in a guitar store and that picture does not reflect how cool that finish is either!

Like 'buttah'

Man, is this thing nice. The neck is amazingly smooth, and with the ligher string gauge, you don't have to put much effort into fretting a note. I really like the push/push pot, too, it provides some tone variation which is useful to me.

Beautiful guitar

Absolutely beautiful guitar that sounds amazing as well. Only giving it 4 instead of 5 stars because the lower E string buzzes so I?m already having to bring it in to the repair store.
