Very nice bass. Shipped quickly and arrived with no issues. Slight truss rod adjustment needed and then was ready to go. Plays great, and the new pickups are very nice. All in all very happy with the American Professional Jazz bass.

An embodiment of Fender's relentless pursuit of perfection, the American Professional Jazz Bass Guitar, with its Maple Fingerboard and striking Olympic White finish, is a testament to the brand's commitment to superior craftsmanship. This instrument is a modern evolution of the Jazz Bass, a design that revolutionized the music industry when it was first introduced as an enhancement of the Precision Bass concept.
The American Professional Jazz Bass Guitar is a harmonious blend of traditional Fender artistry and contemporary features. Its powerful, speedy, and articulate sound has made it a staple in various music genres since its debut in 1960. From funk and fusion to disco and modern rock, the Jazz Bass has left an indelible mark on the music world, thanks to its versatility and unique sound.
This bass guitar boasts brand-new V-Mod single-coil Jazz Bass pickups, meticulously developed by pickup master Michael Bump. These pickups utilize a carefully curated mix of alnico magnet types, delivering a balanced tone that carries the authentic Fender sonic DNA.
The slim modern "C"-shaped neck profile of this Jazz Bass guitar is designed for comfort and performance. It fits perfectly in your hand, creating a seamless connection between musician and instrument. The narrow-tall frets contribute to a familiar playing feel and flawless intonation.
Enhancing the stability of this instrument are the Posiflex graphite support rods that run the length of the neck, effectively resisting warping. The redesigned tuning machines employ a fluted shaft, optimizing the break angle over the nut while ensuring tight string windings for increased sustain and improved tuning stability.
The American Professional Jazz Bass Guitar is a perfect fusion of Fender's rich heritage and innovative spirit. It's more than just an instrument; it's an invitation to make your mark in the world of music with a legend by your side.
