The synthetic bone nut comes pre-slotted with "pilot" grooves, ensuring accurate spacing when filing the final string slots. This meticulous attention to detail ensures optimal string alignment and smooth playability.

Please note, as Fender genuine replacement necks have not been previously mounted to guitar bodies, nut slots must be cut by qualified personnel. Additional installation processes, such as fret work, fitting the neck to the neck pocket, and other instrument setup procedures, may be required.
