I bought this guitar to supplement the 60's Fender Mustang that I own. I'm very happy with the quality and sound of the instrument given the price. I am only a hobbyist so you may want put more weight on a pro's recommendation if you plan to buy.

Great tone. But, man the thing is HEAVY!!! A nice feel and I like the Frankenstein build of different eras.

This was a great deal when the price was dropped just before the holidays so I ordered it. The Fender Classic Player Stratocaster HH is a beautiful guitar. The bound neck is stunning and something I'd like to see on other high end Fender guitars. After receiving the guitar I sent some time doing a set up on it. The bridge was too high. Once the bridge was lowered the strings needed adjustment and intonation needed adjustment. After making adjustment I plugged her in and in a matter of minutes decided I didn't care for the pickups. I felt I was going to have that issue prior to ordering the guitar. I'm not a hug fan of humbucking pickups. As I didn't like the sound of the guitar I passed it along to a student and made their Christmas, they love it. So don't pass on this because of my dislike of humbuckers. The guitar is very well built. It is stunning with the bound neck. The fit and finish is classic Fender perfection (unlike Gibson). What's not to like if you're a fan of humbuckers?

I've got several USA made Fenders within the past few years and this Limited edition despite being a Mexican Strat has all the great characters of a US made fender and even more. From the finish to the electronics are made with great precision. The qualitynif Mexican Fenders has greatly improved within the last few years and they are as good as American ones. Adorama did a great job in shipping it fast but it could've been packed better, overall a great Exprience. Thank you Adorama for great sales...

This guitar has good quality pickups for a strat that wasn't made in America. The price is a bit high for a guitar made outside of the USA, but it is designed well and looks pretty good. I would recommend it, especially if you can get it on sale.

Purchased this guitar from adorama when they had a sale and I am really happy with it! The neck feels great and I love the binding! The WRH create a unique sound for a stratocaster! Will paint pickguard white, I'm not in love with the dark look.

I'm very pleased with this guitar. Setup was fine out of the box, The only adjustment I made was tightening the claw screws to have the 2 point vibrato plate sit flush on the top. Fit and finish are as good as I've seen on Strats mfg in Japan or the USA. The frets are well dressed, no sharp edges anywhere. Fretboard binding and matching headstock are nice touches and the guitar feels, sounds, and looks fantastic.

I was looking at an SG or a Les Paul, but after hearing the Fender Humbucker sound decided to take a chance on this guitar and am glad I did it. Apart from being an absolutely great looking and unique guitar, it plays great, stays in tune well, and has been built with an eye on quality.

Bought this on sale. Hesitated because it was Mex, but shouldn't have. Plays BETTER than my American Strat Deluxe. The humbucker/single coil versatility is awesome.
