Best tripod
Very stable! Twist lock extensions need to be snug to prevent slipping, as it is well built to tolerance and telescopes easily. Height is awesome ( i’m Only 6 feet), and with no center column I can still have a stable platform. With the ballhead you have another 5 inches as well.
No more bending and squatting for night sky photography!!

This tripod appears to be very well constructed and is extremely stable.

Great Tripod!
A little heavier than I thought it would be, but still a great tripod. Very sturdy. I'm 5'10" and the camera is right at eye level with the ball head. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Feisol Classic CT-3471 Rapid 4-Section C
The Feisol Classic CT-3471 Rapid 4-Section Carbon Fiber Tripod I purchased about 3 weeks ago is a very well made, moderately priced tripod. I have used several less substantial ones in the past. Finally I have found this one which is sturdy and doesn't vibrate when I touch the camera/tripod. It folds compactly. The carbon fiber legs are a real plus: strength, less weight and easily operated twist locks. I love it!!

Sturdy and lightweight!
I use this tripod mostly for landscape photography and am very pleased with its sturdiness and height. I thought it would be heavier but its fairly lightweight. I'm 5'11" and this tripod can easily be higher than my eye level , after the head and camera are added, with no center post.
