The S450-M monitor boasts a 4.5-inch 8bit IPS high-quality LCD Panel, offering clearer and sharper details. The powerful color display capabilities ensure that what you see on the screen is a true representation of your shot. With an IPS panel, you can enjoy a wide 160-degree viewing angle, providing consistent, accurate, and bright images from any perspective.
This on-camera monitor supports both 3G-SDI and 4K HDMI inputs, making it compatible with both professional SDI and consumer HDMI cameras. The S450-M also features a professional 3G-SDI output, allowing for multiple monitor synchronization. This means you can display live signals on multiple displays simultaneously, without compromising the original video quality.
Audio monitoring is made easy with the 3.5mm stereo headphone jack and built-in speaker. The S450-M also offers flexibility in installation, with three 1/4 screw holes for mounting on DSLR cameras, Steadycams, DSLR Rigs, Camcorder Kits, Handheld Stabilizers, and Video Camera Cranes. The image flip function (horizontal / vertical flip) facilitates shooting from various angles.
Powering the S450-M is convenient with the F970 battery plate on the rear side. Additional battery plates (D28S/ D54, LP-E6, U60) are optional, and a 12V DC power connector is also available for power supply.
The S450-M also comes with a Peaking Focus Assist feature, which highlights sharp edges in the image for optimal focus. The Check Field function assists in adjusting camera color settings, while the Camera Mode Function allows for full-screen viewing. The Pixel to Pixel feature ensures optimum detail capture, and the Center Marker & Safe Marker aids in view finding and composition. The Image Flip feature allows for horizontal, vertical, and horizontal & vertical image flipping.
