This makes tracking and capturing footage in low light conditions significantly easier. The Dual Green Strobe Light features three distinct modes: fixed, flash, and spot. These modes are fully independent, requiring no wiring and offering the flexibility to provide strobe and spot lighting as needed. This feature aids in maintaining orientation, locating lost drones, and meeting the FAA 107 rule for strobes during night or twilight flights. Designed for optimal visibility, we recommend mounting one light on the top of the aircraft and another on the bottom for 360-degree coverage. These lights are independent of the aircraft's electrical system and are powered by their own internal LiPo batteries. This means they won't drain your flight time or reduce it due to weight or drag. The pack includes "Dual" Cree Strobe Lights, a USB Charge Cable for the lights, and 3M mounting tape. This comprehensive set is designed to meet all your lighting needs for your aircraft. The green strobe light is ideal for identifying your flying platform direction, while white and red are the best options for long-range visible strobes. The FAA 107 Performance Standard for lighting UAS for Exemption from Daytime Operations Only requires that the remote pilot maintains visual line of sight during darkness, can see and avoid other aircraft, people on the ground, and ground-based structures and obstacles during darkness, and can continuously know and determine the position, altitude, attitude, and movement of their small unmanned aircraft (sUA). To use, simply press and hold the button for three seconds to turn ON or OFF and tap the button to switch between modes. Charging is easy with any micro USB charger or computer port. The LED will blink once to indicate charging and will remain solid when fully charged. The battery includes its own PCM module, which protects the battery from overcharge and discharge for a long lifespan.

This product doesn't work. It plugs in but never turns on once removed from the charger. The light is dimmer than the existing DJI Drone lighting.

Defective

These firehouse technologies duel light strobes are small but powerful. I chose to mount it on the rear of my DJI mini to help with navigation as I have their red and green dial stones on the front and a lumecube on top. Adorama has a great selection of products and great follow up and delivery

Battery was not properly secured to the light assembly. Shoddy quality control. The customer should not have to fix this.

Poor Quality Control

Product is as described. Very small and very bright when in use. I did try and charge with my iPhone brick and cable provided became extremely hot and smelled as if it was burning up. Perhaps charging from laptop would be better but not sure.  The item is so so small it doesn?t impact flight of your drone whatsoever.

OMG so bright!!!

The strobe works exactly as described. It’s not particularly an attractive addition to the drone, but at altitude not sure that’s a problem. The tiny on/off button requires patience to find and operate with strobe flashing in your face. However, would not hesitate to it buy again.

This is a great light to add to your drone for added visibility. The light is small and can be mounted anywhere and is bright enough to be seen even in daylight.
