For comprehensive 360-degree coverage, we suggest installing one light on the aircraft's top and another on the bottom. Our advanced Dual Strobe lights come equipped with three modes: fixed, flash, and spot. They are fully independent, requiring no wiring, and are capable of providing strobe and spot lighting that aids in maintaining orientation. These features are particularly useful for spotting downed or lost drones, and they comply with the FAA 107 rule for strobe usage during night or twilight flights.

These lights can be effortlessly mounted on all drones and RC Fixed Wing Planes. They operate independently of the aircraft's electrical system, powered by their own internal LiPo batteries. This ensures they neither drain flight time nor reduce it due to weight or drag.

This package includes everything you need for your aircraft: "Dual" Cree Strobe Lights, a USB Charge Cable for the lights, and 3M mounting tape. We've designed this set as a one-stop solution, combining items that customers frequently purchase individually.

Each LED color has a unique visibility range, energy transfer rate, and efficiency due to the different chemical compounds used. For the greatest range, we recommend using White or Red, as per FAA 107 guidelines. Green can be used to identify your flying platform direction, while Blue is reserved for special applications.

The FAA 107 Performance Standard for lighting UAS for Exemption from Daytime Operations requires that the remote pilot maintains visual line of sight during darkness, can see and avoid other aircraft, people on the ground, and ground-based structures and obstacles during darkness, and can continuously know and determine the position, altitude, attitude, and movement of their small unmanned aircraft (sUA).

To turn the device ON or OFF, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Tapping the button switches between the Strobe, Flash, and Fixed (spot) modes. Charging is simple: plug it into any micro USB charger or computer port when needed. The LED will blink once to indicate charging and will remain solid when fully charged. Charging from empty takes approximately 2 hours.

Please note that the battery includes its own PCM module to protect against overcharge and discharge, ensuring a long lifespan. If the circuit shows no signs of life when you press the button, it's likely that the discharge protection has activated due to low battery voltage. Simply charge it to resolve this issue.
