Unique, Amazing Crowd Pleaser
It's a crying shame that the FP-100c45 isn't always readily available anymore. I show off my 4x5 at parties and guests are always entertained by these instant soft-focused treasures. If we were to do the same thing with a digital back, a computer and a printer, the result would be humdrum and boring. Something about the ritual of pulling the instant tab, waiting a minute for development, and then peeling the image is just magical and exciting. Buy this and encourage Fuji to make more!!

Love the look of this film.
Only problem is that the chemical 'goop' takes ages to dry, so be careful before packing them away... too many times i've ended up with a load of shots stuck together. This is mainly a problem if you want to reclaim the negatives.
Also beware of leaving them out - they attract dust like crazy that only becomes apparent when you try to scan them. Had luck with window cleaner actually....
BTW The description says it needs a polaroid back, but it works perfectly with the "FujiFilm PA-45 Film Holder".

The only game in town, but works well.
If you're shooting 4x5 with strobes/flashes having an instant back is essential. Being able to see the way the light falls on your subject especially useful when using lights that don't have a modeling lights. I have had trouble with the film jamming but this could be a problem with my instant film older or operator error. Of course, Fujifilm is also the only game in town.
