Nancy T : What does expired mean?John M : This means that the film is older than the manufacturer considers acceptable to produce an acceptable result. Depending on storage conditions and the time past the expiration date the effects of expiration can be anywhere from nothing to completely unusable film. Now with that said, Camera shops, especially the big ones like Adorama store their film under good conditions and Adorama may actually store cold, that would be something they would have to answer. Instant film and especially integral instant film like this is a bit more sensitive to age after expiration. If you plan on using this film immediately, you should get a usable result from it without strong color shifts or partial image development. Adorama camera has experience and would not be selling film that is unusable.DIANA L : It’s expired, the film it’s expected to start degrading and eventually will be useless but it’s a process so at least mine it’s still coming out fine. I just wouldn’t store them for long.
Enru L : What does expired mean?dallas k : They are expired. I guess film has a sell by date or shelf life but just like other things that date doesn't matter. They worked just fine. I had no issues with the film. We ordered 4 packs and were extremely happy.Cindy Z : I think it’s after the best time. But they still work well.
