instax wide file fujifilm
film loads into the camera and automatically ejects the cover print. prints come out very nice and fun to watch develop.

Not perfect but fun printer
The wide format is great. Love the bigger size. App is easy to use and isn?t slow, doesn?t crash. Photo quality is good for an instant printer using real film but not great quality. The color is different on the phone, more saturated when printed. Prints more blurry, less defined lines. This is expected but as the user, you need to edit the photos on your phone so it prints the way you want. These printers are not perfect but I am happy with the instax wide. It is the best on the market right now!

Loving the Wider Format
I really enjoy the Instax Wide Printer. I have owned the Instax SP-1 and now the SP-2 printer. Now that I have the Instax Wide Printer and have done some prints I do not know if I will keep my SP-2 printer. I really like the larger format of the images. I also like the aspect ratio since it prints perfectly 2:3 ratio since that is what Fujifilm uses when shooting RAW files on there APS-C format cameras. The Instax Mini printers work in more of a 4:5 aspect ratio. I can't believe that it took them this long to release a wide format printer. I think many people really wanted Fujifilm to release this item. I don't use all the crazy features so I cannot comment on them but if you have used any of their previous printers then it is easy to setup and print. This printer is even easier that previous versions since it connects via Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi. I like the rich color mode. The colors look really nice for an instant print. But if you want for of that traditional Instax look then you can change the print mode to Instax. I always wanted the Wide Instax Camera but the size is pretty bulking so I know I would not want to carry it or bring it with me on trips. This printer is nice and compact so I would have no problem throwing this in my bag with my over camera equipment on trips. I would definitely recommend this for fans of Fujifilm Instax printer and I think you will love the wider format.

Sharp output, battery life?
Output from digital is much sharper than any analog Instax Wide camera. Color photos is one stop underexposed when printed on Instax Monochrome, so had to compensate for them using the app. Battery life on my unit drop 20% after only 4 prints (from 100 to 80%).
