I use a video light turned up almost full.
Then you can see definition in the blacks.

I have had this camera since 2016. Pictures are great and easy to use. Price of the film is very cheap compared to Polaroid/Kodak. I bought this camera thru Adorama ( for a friend ) as I could not find it anywhere else anymore. Yes, it is larger than others but for the price and you know that Fuji is going to be around to have the film. I love it when kids can see something develope vs that digital crap.

been getting into a lot of instant film these days. I have the instax mini 11 but felt the photos where just too small .but with the wide they are the perfect size. the camera is simple and easy to use. i'm just looking for a case now. :)

Simple yet Amazing

First off, the camera is bigger than I thought. Which I don’t mind at all. It comes with a lanyard strap you can use around your neck to hold your camera, which is very useful when you’re out and about and have nowhere to place it down if need to. It is easy to work and use.

I've contemplated owning an instax WIDE 300 since this model replaced the WIDE 210.  I wanted the all white variant for some years.  And was relieved to find Adorama was STILL carrying the product when every other store stopped.  The camera is elegant in a warm, cream white.  This is the 2nd or 3rd instax camera I've purchased from Adorama in the past 7 years; no problems with any of them so far.

I ordered this with a twin pack of WIDE film.  Both items were securely packed and shipped expediently.  The larger instant photos were a hit during recent family holiday!

I found this store after doing a lot research on the Instax 300 wide.
They were super helpful and quick. I thought the shipping would be backed up due to Covid, but it got to me fast! The camera was packed perfectly. It's a large camera so it needed to be secure. Not a single issue there. It came with two packs of film, for the price most stores were charging for just the camera.
I love the camera and now that I know this store is reliable, I will be back for all the accessories. Thanks again!

I love this instax camera. I have an instax mini 8+, instax mini 9, sq6, and a Polaroid 600. The quality of the pictures on the instax wide are much better than the other instant cameras. The details and the clarity of the actual picture is nice, it doesn't blow out the background image. The size of the film is similar to the Polaroid ones except its slightly smaller and the pictures come out in landscape  mode. I would give this camera 5 stars but I gave it 4 because it's a big and bulky camera. Its hard to travel with unless you have a big camera bag or just like to wear it around your neck. Other than that its a great camera especially if you want a larger sized photo. I prefer the quality of this over the Polaroid

I purchased the camera to use for my wedding guest book. I got it out and tried it. Worked great for me. I am sure it will be great for the big day as well. The size of the photos is perfect!

I was quite surprised at the quality of the pics this camera !
there is a bit of a learning curve,bit that is to be expected of almost any new gear.
i think that this camera/film combo is great !   much better quality than the new polaroid film

Good company for all your photo needs

Used first time on Christmas Day and it took great pictures.  Keep in mind these cameras on not going to ever produce better prints then any high end digital cameras or for even that matter prints from a high end phone.  This is old school technology, Soon as I started taking pictures everyone around me on Christmas Day was mesmerized they couldn't believe that someone actually still made an instant camera.  I only give it 4 stars due to the fact that it cost about 1 dollar a picture, maybe if enough people started buying more of these cameras it would also drive the price of the film down.  I would not recommend to anyone to go with a mini format, even with this wide format the pictures are still a little smaller then a 3 by 5 pic.

Fun Instant Camera

This camera was the best Christmas present for my teenage daughter. She is loving it. She takes it everywhere with her friends. I got a nice case for it for her that will carry film as well. Be aware that the film is expensive. She has had no problems taking photos and read the instructions for how to adjust the camera settings for different light and distance situations. Very fun, easy to use, and love the instant larger size  photos.

I love this thing! It’s not going take a crystal clear photo that you’re probably used to. It takes a photo similar to old Polaroid-type cameras. It’s good enough to capture the moment, and hold in your hand. Honestly, I want to sell my digital equipment and just use this. I won’t, but this thing is that cool. It takes a little practice, SO READ THE MANUAL!

Fun and great camera!

I need an instant camera for my volunteer work and Fuji recently stopped making the FP-100C film that I've been using for years in my Polaroid Reporter so the Instax Wide 300 looked like a reasonable replacement option.  I does the job and the film is available and reasonably priced.  It's easy to use and the kids really like the pictures.

So far it takes great photos, gonna try it out at a concert this weekend to see how it shoots in low lighting. Stay tuned for the results.
