Xplor 400 Lights and Parts

I love the flashpoint Xplor 400 lights. They get used a lot, but simple to replace parts. I?m amazed how well the flash tube has held up considering the use and abuse it gets. Feels a lot less fragile than the ones on my other lights

Backup Bulb

This is the bulb for an Adorama Streaklight 360. I have been really happy with this lighting system. I'm sure it will be a long time before I need this replacement bulb but it is important to always have a backup. The Steaklight system is portable enough that I can use light as much as I want to with or without an assistant, with no extra hassle. Love it.

Spectacularly bright light

Needed to buy a new one as my Flashpoint Streaklight 360W fell over breaking only the bulb. My mistake as I backed into the light stand causing it to call over.

What a flash - what a bulb

The Flashpoint 360w is a key element in my Real Estate Photography shoots. But awe shucks, I had to replace my spare bulb as the one broke as I backed into the light stand causing it and the Streaklight to fall over. All my fault, as I had not extended the light stand legs back out after using the stand in a tight corner.

I would take a look at this first before jumping up to anything higher than 300 w/s strobe light kit.

It is a powerful, yet compact piece to have in your arsenal. If you're looking for a good price point, not too bulky, ease of use and is compact. Look no further for any other kit if you're a photographer on the move. The battery life is amazing when used in its lowest setting. It comes with different base attachments (hot shoe can be changed to a female base for connecting to a stand). I gave it 4-stars because the screws are soft when exchanging the bases. One must take care as they unscrew as it can easily strip. I'm currently awaiting replacement screws for back up to my kit.
