Leveling base
I bought this to make leveling more straightforward on uneven ground. Build quality is superb and the base is very stable on the tripod. Unfortunately, the leveling bubble is almost impossible to use - it is tiny and sits below the base, on top of the release. It is not visible, unless you are viewing it from off to the side which defeats the purpose. I am now looking for something I can add to the top of this base that will allow accurate leveling for panoramas.

Unfortunately.... no.
It works well but it has one big problem. I used it on my FLM CP34-L4 II tripod. The problem is it’s awkward to tighten and loosen. There’s not much room between the tripod legs and the stem. This makes it difficult to loosen and tighten. Also, when you close the legs and the stem isn’t perfectly vertical up and down the tripod legs won’t close completely because the grip to twist is too big. It’s annoying. It is well-made and the action is pretty smooth. You can’t beat the price either. I can’t really recommend it though. I’d look at other manufacturers leveling ball systems. Just my opinion. I will say the tripod is excellent.
