I purchase all my filter in 77mm so my polarizer variable ND filter and all my special effects filter lenses will work on my on my other lenses with the 77-72, my 77-67.

Does just what it is supposed to do. Threads are cut perfectly and there is no binding at all when attaching or removing.

Works for me, price is good. The reasoning I did not give it 5 stars is that the adapter ring is a bit hard to take of.

Used as an adapter when going from telephoto to wide angle polarizer situations

This product does exactly what it is supposed to: allowing me to use my expensive warming circular polarizing filter on another lens.

It tends to get stuck on filters, but I learned a trick to get it off. You can gently pull on it from the inside lens side rim as you twist and it comes off easily.

This step-up ring works, but screwing it onto a lens is tricky. It doesn't screw on as smooth as the filters I have, and actually sticks before it's all the way on. Taking it off, I feel I have to be very careful not to bend the ring, the metal feels flimsy. But in the end, it does what I need it to.

It's a step up ring so I don't expect much except that - you know - it steps up. Good construction, good price. If you need a step-up - then it's a good deal.

I'd like it to be just a bit stronger, but otherwise it's great.

Seems a bit poorly made but that's just a gut reaction. It does what it is supposed to. It has never failed on me nor have I had issues with it. I just seems a bit light in construction.

It's a step up ring, so it doesn't need to do much. My only complaint is that screwing it in, the filters feel, well, dry. It's kind of like fingernails on a chalkboard.

This helps me just carry one polarizer or other lens attachment. lightweight and durable.

Threads are clean for mounting to multiple lenses and using a variety of filters. Saves buying filters sized to specific lenses. Why spend more on an item that is too easily lost?

It's cheap, it works. I don't see why spending a lot of money for a B&W one. This adapter works perfectly for me and I don't have to spend whole lot of money for another filter.

Why spend more on such an item? Only 4 stars because, hey, it does not feel like the B+W stuff, but who cares?

Does just what it is supposed to do. Threads are cut perfectly and there is no binding at all when attaching or removing.
Allows you to use larger size filters on lenses with a smaller diameter thread. The first number is the size that screws into the lense, the second number is the filter size.
