These are mostly good frames and I like the aesthetic of them because they almost disappear on the wall. The only problem with them is the metal clips that hold the glass to the back support are too weak. They are not weak enough that the frame falls apart, but they are weak enough that the glass slides down about an eighth of an inch when it's hanging in the wall. This isn't noticeable unless you are looking for it, but it would be easily fixed if they just used better clips.

I ordered two of these over time. One came cracked and the other one cracked by my hand. Had to buy plastic to complete the job. Can't buy glass with polished edges. Wish there was another way to go--like one with plastic/styrene!

With only a few small metal clips retaining the glass front and no molding at all, the Frameless clip frame is practically frameless. With the Framatic clip system, no hardware is removed when loading the frame, and it takes only secondsto do so.
Our exclusive system has stainless steel clips retained by injection molded buttons welded to a styrene plastic back. A press of the finger releases the clips for loading, then returns the clips to secure glass and artwork.
The clips adjust to accommodate up to a double mat. The clips come black or chrome. The buttons serve as hangers as well as floating the frame 1/2" away from the wall. Edges of the glass are ground smooth.
