Experience the elegance and simplicity of the Metro Seamless O1620WX51 16x20" MDF Composite Wood Board Frame. This unique frame, perfect for a 11x14" photograph, is crafted using a distinctive "seamless" construction method. The process begins with a ¼" thick MDF panel, a durable composite wood board, from which the center is cut out to create the 1 3/4" face of the frame. This technique ensures there are no joints at the corners, resulting in a clean, uninterrupted design.

A second wooden frame is then affixed to the back of the MDF panel, creating the space needed for the glass, matting, and other components. This frame also features our user-friendly "pivot clip" back, making it easy to secure your cherished photos or artwork.

The Metro Seamless Frame is meticulously finished with a smooth lacquer in either a classic black or crisp white finish. Unfinished versions are also available as custom orders. The understated design of the frame is intended to enhance, not overshadow, the artwork it holds, a hallmark of all Framatic frames.

The frames are equipped with holes in the clips on the back, which are permanently riveted to the 1/8 hardboard that forms the back, allowing for easy hanging. Additionally, frames up to 8 x 10 include our unique easel leg system for stable tabletop display. Please note, the frame's dimensions are an additional 3 inches overall to the photo/glass size.
