GREAT PRODUCT. ALWAYS PLEASES
I have used HP printers and ink cartridges for many years. I am very happy with this ink cartridge product. It performs well. I love the fact that there is usually an envelope to use to return the used cartridge. Ordering was very easy. And it was delivered on time and in excellent condition. Thank you.

The cartridge I bought is very good
My printer cartridge is hard to find, so I decided to order it online, and it was perfect. The product is good, has a good printing quality and it lasts a good while.

Cartridge Problem
This was NOT my first time ordering from HP. But, as of Wed (Nov 8th) I couldn't print, and yesterday I went out and bought another 934XL and I can now print. This is my first time having this problem.

Had ordered an HP compatable cartrdge previously. About halfway through the cartridge it starded smearing and skipping. Have never had a problem with HP.

Very difficult to find these HP product at my local retail stores therefore, had to order directly from HP.
Contacted a sales rep because there were so many coupon ads on the site. Good product; good price.

Poor Quality Black XL cartridge - unable to print
Dry ink, unable to print after multiple alignments and print head cleaning. All HP original cartridges, showing full but black does not print. Requesting a refund ASAP.

Order date: Nov 30, 2021 $34 As you see I order this on November 30. I got it on December 10th or the 11th. I was upset because I needed this ASAP but went with the standard delivery. It said 3-7 days. I finally got it. Then I was having problems with it. i reported this and I am not going to continue reporting this. I am very disappointed in the delivery and the product. Just keep my $34. I will know to never order from your company again.

As always HP is easy to use and quality products. I was a Compact user before they merged with HP. The level of quality and reliability never changed why I will always be a HP user.

Encre noir qui ne fonctionne pas
J'ai fait l'achat d'encire noir, magenta, cyan, jaune et lorsque j'ai inséré la cartouche de noir, celle-ci n'a jamais fonctionné. Elle a été bien insérée dans l'imprimante, mais les pages en sortaient blanches.
