Great variety of grids. I would not recommend them for incandescent bulbs, however; too hot!

I bought this for Profoto 7'' zoom reflector. It is mentioned on web site and on box 7''. It doesn't fit inside it. It is big ! Actual diameter of the grid is 7.19''

I have been using these grids with my Flashpoint II Monolights, and I have been pleased with the results each time. They are durable, and they fit snuggly into place, allowing for greater light control.

well made, solid value. Provides good beam control for what is otherwise a typical strobe light bucket. You need this if you are using the monolight without extensive diffusion, bounce or with a softbox. The preview LED light appears grainy from the honeycomb but this is an artifact of the LED modeling array. The flash image is smooth. fits neatly and securely into the monolight's reflector.

They fit in nicely and of course do the job they are supposed to do. It's a tight fit but that's better than loose. I'm happy with them.

Do not be mislead by the product description. These honeycomb grids fit the Flashpoint II 8" reflectors. These grids fit snugly inside the outer lip of the 8" reflector with no light leakage around the circumference thanks to a spring-loaded tab. Additionally, removal of the grids is aided by a tab that extends outward and perpendicular from the edge of the grid. Achieving the desired size pool of light on the background behind your subject's head and shoulders is simply a matter of experimenting with the different grids and the distance of your monolight from the background. Lastly, construction is very solid and appears to be able to endure rather rough handling and banging about within an equipment bag. My only regret is not purchasing these grids sooner due to the inadequate and misleading product description. If you desire to create the currently fashionable halos of background light behind portrait subjects, I highly recommend these grids.

Although the salesman on the phone said the grids would fit my 320A (120 volt) unit, they do not. Too big. However, gaffer tape works fine to hold a grid in place.

These are really nice but they only fit half of my reflectors. I have a set of 320 and a set of 1220a. They seem to fit the reflectors for the 320 which have a flat edge inside the reflector but the ones for the 1220a do NOT have this so they wont fit.

These grids are too small to fit into the 8" reflectors that come with a FlashpointII monolight. They measure 7 3/4" and the inside measurement of their 8" reflectors is 7 1/2". What were they thinking?

My grids were too small for the Flashpoint series II monolight. The grid is about 6 1/2" and the monolight reflector is 7 3/4" so that the grid has to be placed too far down into the reflector. The only way to position it is to remove the modeling lamp from the flash.

These work great and I would highly suggest getting one set for each light you have.

Very good product for the money, I am going to get one more set, so I can use two similar grids at the same time with my two flash units. Easy to use, if you have perfectly round reflector on your flash unit, one of mine reflectors has a little dent so I struggled to put grid on first time.

Grid set was better than expected. Fits perfectly on the reflectors of the 620M's. A proper case would have been a nice addition. Each grid has a label to recognize which grid you are using. Overall very nice accessory.

These grids are a great value and are sturdy. The only problem I had was that the reflectors that came with my Flashpoint II's monolights did not accept these grids. [...]
