Very quick extending monopod
This monopod has an innovative twist handle to raise the monopod to full length in 5 sec and to flip out the tripod feet you can set up and shoot photos in 15 sec. The monopod is very sturdy and well built but the locking mechanism (orange knob handle) at the base could have been designed with a longer knob handle so that one would have better leverage to tighten the swivel ball. I like the easily removable tripod feet and then the monopod can be used as a walking stick as well. This monopod is a bit pricey at $189 but fortunately Adorama had it on sale for $90 and it was well worth it at the sale price.

Sturdy Monopod, has a small learning curve
Picked this up during the holidays and love using it— I recommend a good ball head for this for more range—
It does take a bit to get used to unlocking to raise it. Its a twist in one direction and then other to lock. I have still not mastered. But it is fluid and sturdy. Using it with 200-600mm.

Good but the ball head on the bottom is not my favorite design
I got it on sale for half price and it's a good standing monopod but I quickly realized the weakness of this style with a ball head on the foot: the ball head has to be EXTREMELY tight or any movement you make on the camera will cause the monopod to lean.
I like to use these as a tripod for my small mirrorless setup (a6600) and it could have ended in disaster.
On the plus side, the twist mechanism is really nice to get this thing as tall as you want and get it done quickly is very nice. I've got several smaller tripods will similar mechanisms on the legs and it's very quick to twist once to make it tall. In comparison, my other monopod similar to this, as well as other tripods, requires 4 twisting locks to extend.

Good idea but not practical
I will be returning this mono pod. It’s a good idea but just cumbersome to use and adjust.

Good at what it's advertised as, but...
This monopod goes from low to high and back again in just a few seconds. Good build quality.
Unfortunately, the removable base comes loose at the most inopportune times. The base must be tight to deploy the monopod. A design shortcoming.
Kinda sad to send this back.
