Lamp and stand work great only 2 issues. 1, the lamps are too big to use the honeycomb I ordered with it (just need to find smaller lights) and 2, one of the lights that came with the unit didn't work.

Since receiving this product, I have only had one occasion to actually implement the lights during a photo shoot. Paired with the Photek 24" Digital Lighthouse, the lights performed as expected and was very happy with the outcome. My only concern with this product is the plastic mount that connects the reflector/lights to the stand. Only time will tell how robust this solution is? But, for the money, I think that this is an awesome light kit.

I bought these lights for indie film. I've been looking for light-weight, powerful but soft lights. I've been using helogen lights, LED lights, softboxes. So far this light is the best from all the lights I tried. It cast very little shadow but very bright and low heat. The light-stand is very solid and not heavy. I use the box that comes with it as carry case, it's a little big but does the job. Hope Flashpoint can come out a new bag just for these lights.

I find this light and stand excellent for our use. light weight, easy to use, cool and great value. We use our in the field and I have not found that it won't hold up to travel, quick set up and moderate use.
