So easy to use as a release or timed shooting. Would recommend it to amateurs as well as pros. Used in conjunction with a tripod it can't be beat. At 73 years old I was getting a little shaky for hand-held shooting and this item remedied my problem.

This wireless remote shutter release is designed to manage any time-related function, including long exposures, delayed exposures, self-timer, time lapses, and interval shooting.

This two-piece remote system is compatible with a wide range of cameras, including popular brands like Canon EOS, Nikon, Olympus, Sony, Samsung, Pentax, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Minolta, Contax, and Sigma. This compatibility is achieved through interchangeable cables that connect to the camera via the remote receiver port.
Powered by AAA batteries, the remote offers four channel options, allowing photographers to use multiple systems or avoid radio interference. The Wave Commander allows users to preset exposure times, timer delays, and intervals up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds in one-second increments. It can be programmed for 1 to 399 continuous shots or set to capture an unlimited stream of photos.
The unit features a large, comfortable button for tripping the shutter without touching the camera, ensuring vibration and hand movement-free images. The shutter release button can also be slid forward to the Hold position for bulb mode.
The Wave Commander boasts a backlit LCD status display with four lines for easy viewing of timer, exposure settings, battery status, and program condition. The backlight can be switched off and on to accommodate bright or dark shooting environments.
