Flashpoint's Auto 300 LED with multimedia portable light provides action videographers and still photographers who use DSLR's and HD camcorders with super bright high quality 7140 lux output from a generous 801 spread and the added feature of auto light levels, stereo microphones and signal flash mode.

With superior sleek design, this 'go anywhere' device combines the audio and visual aspects of your shoot. Additional, the adroit LED can sense the needs of the lighting and deliver automatic balance exposure as it passes from one environment to another to provide lightening fast solutions for the 'run and gun' shooters, moving from one lighting situation to the next ambient challenge. Complete manual control of flicker free brightness levels are adjusted by a control dial on the rear featuring digital display, with fine and standard modes. Advanced circuitry maximizes efficient battery use.

The on-board stereo electret condenser microphones are situated on the uppermost corners of the frame, far from camera sounds and minimize the need to cage rig your camera for attaching an external microphone. The sensitive mic delvers clean audio, via the supplied cable, directly to your camera. All this fits comfortably atop the hot shoe of your camera or off-camera via the convenient stand thread. This Auto 300 model offers a clear digital battery power level verification for the ever vigilant with the use of almost any capacity industry standard Sony type lithium battery cells.

Our LED lights provide visually accurate color temperatures, flicker-free output, and no color shift when dimming. When used outdoors, the small, self-contained LED light produces copious fill light to alleviate deep shadows, while blending ambient available light to add modeling to subjects.
With all the exceptional features described above, there is one more added surprise - International SOS Distress Signal function is built into the Flashpoint Auto 300 programming and can use Morse Code to flash "SOS", "Need Help: or Distress Signal Received". We hope you never need it!

One of the brightest advances in technology is the advent of the light-emitting diode (LED), a two-lead semiconductor light source.
