Great little light for close up indoor portraiture or use for backlighting

Great budget light

At a very reasonable cost, this set extends the possibilities of the budget flash.  (I use it as a background light.)  The inclusion of the grid is a nice extra.
One drawback of the Flashpoint strobe is the absence of a protective cap, especially with the exposed modeling lamp. It's a good idea to leave the barndoor set and grid in place when storing or transporting the strobe.

These special add-ons give you so many options when accenting larger lights.  They allow colored background throws and hair and shoulder lighting.  Good for rimming with back light as well.  Wonderful for creative diversity!

Adds amazing versatility for a studio accent light

This set fits the Budget flash series. Barndoor fits securely and must be in place to use the grid and filters, which also attach easily. Turn modeling light off after setting up the shot so the plastic filter doesn't melt.  The set does it's job, great for adding color to backgrounds, or hair  / accent light.
