This is a good quality, self contained flash system that I picked because the controls are fully available from the remote mounted on the camera. I use it primarily in manual flash mode, adjusting the power as needed on the remote. It's nice to have the TTL and high speed sync options as well. The flash is compact and the battery has good life span. I was photographing in a pretty high heat situation, on concrete on a 90+ degree day for many hours, and I was afraid the units would over heat. They never did, which is a sign of good quality. At 200 w/s, two of these units allow me to do pretty much whatever I need. They are much easier to use than a monolight with separate battery setup, almost as easy an functional as a speedlight, except you can't mount it directly on a camera. However, there are compatible speedlight models, so they make a good system with a lot of versatility. We'll see how they hold up for long a long period of time, but I feel like they are pretty well made.

I love the Xplor200 so much I decided to get another kit. There's not much that hasn't been said about these amazing little lights, I won't waste anyone's time on that. The 28" parabolic softbox throws gorgeous light, replacing the 25" Octapop as my favorite key light modifier. It's built sturdily and sets up fast, but quite deep and unbalanced on a tripod. Would recommend sandbags. The 9' Flashpoint air tripod is a welcome touch, it's strong and does the job well. Glad the kit comes with it instead of having to buy separately. I would love to see a version of this kit on a book arm.

These came excellently packages. Took them out and set them up, both worked flawless and have gone on to several jobs. Neither miss a shot, good even color in lighting and love the weight. One backpack and I have laptop, 3 lights, 2 lenses and my camera body. I just need two stands and I'm all set for whatever portraits I want to take. Just that easy, buy it.

Excellent system for handling both indoor and outdoor photo shoots. Easy to set up with total control of lighting both from the trigger and the Flashpoint flash unit attached to my camera. Can pack my entire system including camera and lenses into a large roller case and bag whic holds the stands and softboxes. This system is replacing my 35 year old Braun Flashman studio flash system which took up two large cases (not including the cameras) and stand/soft box carrying bag. Not needing to have extension cords and be able to control all flashes electronically from the camera (not optically) is a great plus. The cost of the system and quality seals the deal for me.

These lights come in clutch all the time. Generally I use them paired in he 400w configuration as a fill or rim light for outdoor portraits (where the sun is either key, fill or rim depending on the day). But knowing I can break them down into two 200w lights is also great. This kit should be in everyone's bag.

Lightweight, small and easy to carry. Decent amount of light and if you combine two or three of them, you are ready to photograph whatever you need. Great for location photos, small spaces, events. I use 4 of them in events and put them around the hall. In addition there are plenty of accessories you can add them according to your needs. If you are starting in photography, this is a most and the good thing is you can them upgrade to bigger Godox/Flashpoint lights and then, use them as fill lights. All compatible

I also got the radio trigger with this purchase and everything worked perfect right out of the box. I highly recommend anyone wanting to use off camera flash in studio or outdoors to get the AD200's. Really handy to have and easy to work with inside or out.

I got the eVol lights because I could no longer manage my old lights without help (due to their size and weight). The 200's were small, light, extremely powerful and rather then 2 lights and 3 seperate cases (lights, stands, reflectors) everything packs into a small rolling bag. At 65 with bad knees and recovering from a stroke these lights allow me to keep on doing what I love.

What a great and nifty deal for great products. I've been using the Flashpoint/Godox system for a couple of years now and I'm blown away buy their versatility in a compact size and at a great price. THe barn doors, grids are handy if used properly but having a bowens mount speedlight adapter is a better option for using modfiers. The gels are gerat for creative work, I really wish that Flashpoint would use color correction gels instead or in addition to these creatives ones.

Man this flash is amazing, not only that but bug love for the barn door kit. Not only can I overpower the sun but using this flash night is my personal favorite. Quality amazing! Value Amazing!
