Exactly as described - perfect
This battery was perfect!! I needed a new one since I hadn't used my old one in a couple years and it had went bad and stopped taking a charge. This one from Adorama looked exactly like the photos on the website, and it was a perfect fit for the Flashpoint Zoom Li-on Flash.

Backup Power = Risk Mitigation 101
Can't go wrong with OEM batteries... bought this as a spare in the (unlikely) event I would need it during event shoots. While a single charge generally supports several event shoots I am not one to leave my clients in the hands of fate... ??

Buyers beware
Came apart while on charge in its original charger. Put it on charge at night and woke up to a whistling sound and found that the battery come apart at the seam and with the bottom end stuck in the charger. I was lucky that it didn't catch fire. I have a second one that expanded inside the flash and it was a pain to get out of the flash.

Battery may swell over time
Purchased two in 2019. Overall the product is good. Performance wise they hold up well. I experienced an issue with both batteries over time where the body of the batteries gradually swelled up making it extremely difficult to remove the battery from the flash. It didn't swell by much, but enough to where I needed a tool to pry it out. Not ideal when coving an event. The clearance in the battery chamber is very tight. One battery was used frequently and the other in surplus, but neither stayed parked on the charger for an extended period. Not sure if the manufacturer has made changes since. Still a good product but this is leaning me to keep using a AA flash.

My use of Flashpoint Battery for the Zoom Li-on Flash (VB-18)
I have eight of these batteries. The hold a good charge and charge up very easy. Each smart FP flash comes with a charge please I bought two on
the road chargers. I use a lot of flashes at one time.

Replacing my original battery after only 18 months of use...
I purchased this battery because the original battery from my flash unit failed and refuses to charge after roughly 18 months or so. Hopefully this is a fluke since I own other flashpoint battery operated items. My only complaints would ha concern regarding reliability, and wishing it were a bit smaller/lighter. Hopefully the next generation of LiON oroducts will have the same type of battery, not just small malfunction an toss a issue if you don’t have a backup battery available. Unfortunately these are proprietary size batteries and aren’t interchangeable with other LiON speedlites available from Flashpoint.

I LOVEEEEEEEE these batteries. They last so long I forget to bother to charge them! I can go four or more real estate listings photoshoots on a single charge. Must have as a backup!

Greta battery - using this as back up , but doubt I will ever need it
Great batteries - This one is a back-up for original supplied with the flash. Have never needed it, but have this just in case. Recharge is surprisingly quick. Max I've used so far is for 300 + flashes at 1/2 - full power, including 40-60 HSS images.

you might not need it
Great product but you might not need it. One battery lasts me all day. I shot a wedding with it and still had power to spare. Of course you may use your flash in a manner that requires a second or you like carrying a spare. But for me I rarely use it, but no regrets.
