Alan d : Does this skin work with the Godox ML-CD15 diffuser? The diffuser clamp for the flash is a very snug fit over the front of the flash so it looks like that clamp would not slide over the front of the flash while the skin is in place.Brands@ A : If that's a way you commonly use the strobe, you can trim the skin as needed, it can be cut with a regular scissors. trimming the front wont effect the grip on the strobe, or the protection on the rear. I definitely recommend the Bumper to anyone using this strobe.

Cheap protection investment.

I recently bought 2 AD100s, I have had incidences when the stand has been blown down by gusts and made me concerned about the strobes. Almost all my strobes except the 400 and 600 have their displays on the back, the most vulnerable section of the strobes. It only makes sense to attach something to prevent it from direct impact if it falls. These skins provide some peace of mind which would minimize damage.

Great but not gonna use it.

It's a good option but I travel with my light in the case. It doesn't fit in the case with the bumper on. So, I don't use it.

This is a 100watt flash and it?s the perfect amount for indoor events and portability. This is good for outdoors but don?t expect any crazy rim light or separation. I use it mostly to light up the face of the subject to make sure I get all the face details!

AD 100 cover

The covers in my opinion offer a measure of protection to possibly save your investment from damage which is always a smart choice, although the thin font of the skin could be made a bit thicker and sturdier I'd recommend it because of the added protection.
