Ordered online and two days later it was on my doorstep. Come in three separate boxes. The light stand is of good quality with air cushion retractable arms. 36" Godox softbox is a great addition to my 24" Godox softbox. And the EXPLOR 400 Pro is well built and of great quality. Come with a hardcover carry case. Flash recycle is quick. I would recommend the flash.

A great light for my interior photography. It provides the power needed to light up big rooms and the frosted bulb contributes to greater diffusion which I appreciate.

Adorama never disappoints and I snagged this great combo. I have 2 of the flashpoint ad200 pros and added this one to my setup. I is amazing , so much light for not much money. Easily connects to my other Godox flashes for a 3 light setup. The stand is light yet strong and the glow box is wonderful

This combo is a great deal. I am a professional photographer and love the AD400 Pros for the power, compact design, and flexibility. The syncing with the trigger is easy. There are a lot of modifiers that can be used with the strobe. I recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a reliable product with ease of setup and great power.

Returned item due to requiring more power for needs. Nonetheless, this is a very good light source and even better if you are a photographer using TTL metering.

It's on the heavy side, but very sturdy. I bought the kit with the c-stand and octa-box and love it. Produces beautiful light. Love the ease of connecting everything in the R2 ecosystem.

I used it only for one event, it worked good for around 150-170 flashes with the battery. It started to misfire intermittently. So I charged again and it?s working. So I think the battery needs to be full at all times or keep spare batteries.

Great middle wattage light, not too powerful for small studios, powerful for anything you want to make it though, and it's just right. I am not sure why people say the protective cover doesn't fit with the bowens mount on and with the bare bulb on. You just need to remove the small ring on the bottom of the ad400 protective cover, then slowly and carefully place the cover on and over the bare bulb and it screws/twists in the metal godox proprietary grooves on the silver ring. My Xplor 400 protective cover is protecting my bulb now and is on my light now, on my lightstand. Unless mine came shipped w the ad600 protection cover on accident, but I don't think so. Great Light.

These strobes are fantastic. Easy to set up and use. Powerful and flexible. They check all the boxes for my needs for strobes that move from studio to field. The only issue I have with them, and this is just nitpicking, is related to using the Bowens mount adapter. If I lock a modifier into the ring the modifier is "upright" when first inserted. After the slight rotation to lock in place the modifier is tilted off axis. It's only an aesthetic issue in my use case with Octoboxes and parabolic reflectors but it's annoying nonetheless.

Take the plunge. Your vision is now beyond your imagination.
Welcome the newest member of the R2 Family of Wireless Flash. More powerful and versatile than the eVOLV200 morphing pocket flash and smaller and sleeker the excellent XPLOR600 Pro cordless monolight. The state-of-the-art lithium powered monolight weighs in at just over 4 pounds 8 ounces, but don't let the diminutive size fool you. Under the lustrous exterior comes a lot of the XPLOR600 Pro features (they even look alike!) without the overhead. It's a re-design, not a scaled down version. Serious output at 400-watt seconds, plus TTL, High Speed Sync, IGBT technology, with incredible 1 second recycle time that can keep pace when it needs. The 400Pro boasts complete camera system real-time autosensing for Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, and M4/3 Panasonic/Olympus, with the infallible R2 compatible 2.4GHz radio receiver modes built inside, fully compatible with the entire Flashpoint R2 Family system of wireless radio enabled strobes.
And, just like a member of the champion R2 Family, it can deliver to 390 full power shots from the compact new 21.6V, 2600mAh lithium-ion battery and not skip a beat. The battery recharge is a snap, too, using the external power charger to reach full capacity while you keep the action going without tying up the flash to re-energize. Exchange a depleted bat-pack in a matter of seconds for keeping pace with whatever you're tracking. The output of the pro 30w LED modeling light, with proportional, variable orrecycle responsive settings produces 4800 Degree K with a TLIC of 93, brightness equivalent of 350w, and practicing a stable color temperature mode, completes the sweet picture.
This jewel can slim down to a more compact package for work on the go by shedding the rear handle and swivel mount, using the incorporated Godox style modifier reflector mount. The new arrangement will bring the user a variety of compact, stackable modifiersfrom Grids to Gels, Snoots to Reflectors. Don't worry, all you Bowens mod people. The flash mount adapts just fine with the includedS-Type adapter ring and even offers hope to the Profoto, Broncolor and Elinchrom light shaper enthusiasts with an optional ring to receive and transform.
The first XPLOR600 proved the power of R2 to master the light wirelessly, the XPLOR600 Pro smashed the recycle barrier for lithium-powered monolights, and now, the XPLOR 400Pro goes beyond, with a sleek design, practical control consolidation, and keen responsiveness.
