Sony users rejoice!
This really cool. I have an a6300 and this works perfectly with it. Lets talk about recycle times. Unless you are on full power to 3/4 power this thing recycles almost instantly. I was really impressed with this considering it is using just a battery. For inside work this is perfect especially for kids. Outside depending on how much juice you need this will still work great, but a touch longer on the recycle time for full power. I am so happy to finally have an integrated lighting syst...

Flashpoint XPLOR 600ws extension head
The Flashpoint XPLOR 600ws 8 foot extension head transforms the XPLOR600 series monolight into a boom friendly powerhouse, perfect for use with softboxes or as a gridded hair light. Connects simply to any XPLOR by unplugging the glass shielded flashtube from the XPLOR monolight body, locking the pronged cable link in place and then inserting the original flashtube on the head extension sockets. The lightweight remote head is then acting as an extension cord between the strobe and remote flash tube, easily enabling remote, difficult to place precise lighting. You don't give up the convenience of an umbrella holder, a free moving 180 degree tilt lock, and all popular Bowens style mount light modifiers that fit directly on the monolight extension heads.
Included with this item is a zippered soft case and shoulder strap that provides secure housing for the monolight body specifically for extension head implementation. The case is great for hanging on a light stand or on the move with a lightman while offering protection from the elements. To make it even more practical, there is a window for constant monitoring of the XPLOR LCD display panel with access to the control buttons.
