Great to have except for stripping screws.
so happy they sell this, I'm cracked off the the foot of my flash a few times. ( not sure if that says more about the construction of the flash or me. )
My only complaint it that the screws are easy to strip the heads. Would love if they included new screws with the foot.

I used this part to replace a broken hotshoe on my Godox V1S flash. I had to do a tiny bit of gerrymandering to get it to work (it's not fully compatible with the V1S), but luckily I had enough working parts to exchange for what I needed to get it all to work. Way cheaper alternative than buying an entirely new flash.

Hinkey but worked after 2 installs
A little hinkey to instal, my husband is very good with this sort of thing and he went through 2 of them. Giving it a 4 because after the 2nd install the shoe works great and $40 (for 2) is still a heck of a lot cheaper than sending it in or replacing the flash all together.

Sony's hot shoe is terrible.
It's pretty annoying that Sony's hot shoe is designed terribly for mounting anything onto it. Stability and balance were not considered during the design process. It was a matter of time before my speed light's mount snapped in half.Luckily, this 20 dollar replacement piece was available and it was so easy to install. Just 5 screws and you're done. I'll probably be buying more of these down the line as they are plastic and prone to break, but that's moreso an issue with Sony than it is with Flashpoint. One thing to note is that this is also compatible with the Godox V860IIS if you're planning on replacing one of their products as well.

Works like orginal part. took 3 minutes to replace.
This will not work in trying to convert Zoom Lion from Canon/Fuji/Nikon to Sony Zoom-Lion, this only works to replace the Original Sony Zoom-Lion On Camera Mount.

It is refreshing to find a simple cost affective fix for an item
It is refreshing to find a simple cost affective fix for an item. When I broke the foot of my flash I had the dreaded feeling that I was going to have to send it to some unknown repair shop, wait 2 months and get a bill equal to half the price of the speed light and pay shipping.
No, it was one part 2 minutes and done.

FRAGILE PLASTIC BOTTOM KEEPS CRACKING
The hotshoe bottom for Sony is very fragile and crack easily. Eventhough it's Sony's flaw, but FP can improve on the design. While at a wedding the bottom cracked, with quick thinking, I took out the hotshoe bottom of Nikon and replace it. Because I do a lot of OCF, I just need a hotshoe that's metal and strong enough to hold. So if your Sony's hotshoe part of your Flash cracked, replace it with Nikon or Canon's hotshoe replacement. This only works if you do OCF. Haven't tried using the flash on camera.

Good option, but answer is better design
I appreciate that Adorama is selling the hot shoe replacement. However, there is a flaw in the design. Partially due to Sony, but flashpoint can still improve on the stability.
