Solid stand. I use it with a 100 pro moonlight. Works great. Compact. Light. Packs up easy on the side of my camera bag.

I'm using this with an AD300 with an s85 softbox there is slight bending but with a weight, it seems very sturdy. I plan to buy another stand and AD300 to use as a mobile setup. I didn't expect this but it also supported an AD600 (non-pro) with a ParaSnap 36" softbox with some bending. Given this, I'm very happy with this unit and just brought another one.

Flashpoint has jumped the pack again with a new twist on the popular Nano stand. Introducing the 5-section Flashpoint Carbon Fiber NanoRunner Stand.
The stand rises to a maximum height of 6.5 feet, with a minimum working height of 19.5 inches. The stable 36.0-inch footprint can support gear weighing up to 3.5 lb at the maximum extension, mounted onto the 5/8" stud with 1/4"-20 threads. The variable leg splay raises the stand for light loads and keeps the traditional low stance for squat strength. At the low-gravity steadfast position, it’s virtually tip-proof. Prime for carry-on luggage or ideal for those with minimal tote space. The CF NanoRunner even nestles nicely next to the tripod or strapped within most camera bags or backpacks.
When others fail, NanoRunner holds its course. Rubber-tipped fit and slotted rectangular struts are ready for action and hold ground.
Many options exist for leg splay. At the lowest configuration, that is the safest and most stable stance. As the feet form a tighter circle, the stand gains height and loses a bit of stability. Matched with the right partner attached to the stand, such as a small Speedlight or a small LED, the multi-purpose stand serves beautifully.
Undeniable Lightweight Trend
The stand's reverse-folding leg design allows it to be folded down to askance 19 inches, at a featherweight of just 1 pound 7 ounces (658 grams). The Carbon Fiber Stand is a favorite of location photographers, as well as backpackers and campers, without the load and clatter of standard aluminum stands.
Carbon Fiber is not the only advantage
Another benefit is the remarkable removable center column, a mere 9.7 ounces (276 grams), that can be used as a 5-section boom to handhold a light or microphone. The pole can be transformed into a Monopod with the addition of the new optional 3Pod Tilt Head with Arca-Type Quick Release and Lever-Lock Clamp [3PSHT1QA]. Two CF functions for the price of one.
Lightest Nano Stand Ever
The Carbon NanoRunner Stand is Flashpoint's lightest Nano Stand ever built, custom tailored for photographers, videographers, and content creators seeking ways to downsize their gear or to travel lighter on location. Gear is trending lighter and trimmer. We are there!
The twist is the tightest and surest lock. Not only are you safe, but you will never be sorry. Even the leg lock is a twist on the twist with wing levers encircling the center column post for the grandest support of all.
An essential part of any photographer’s equipment is light supports. Most of the life of an imagemaker’s light is spent on top of a 5/8” stud. The most secure of stands is the venerated C-Stand. As sturdy as the C-Stand is, it cannot match the nimble Nano Stand for transportation/location, versatility, and dexterity. Yes, reason must be present – this is not the stand for larger watt-second strobes and hefty lamps. The tipping factor is present at the highest extensions. Most LEDs, all speedlights, and smartphones are at home atop the stand, even at the longest draw.
Forget the sweat. This is sweet!
